I have agreed to work with the International Employer by my own will, I have not been forced or lured into signing this agreement.
I will avail myself to be trained thoroughly by SOS Labour Ghana Lt before sitting for the interview with the International Employer. I agree to avail myself for final processing at SOS Labour Ltd. If after medicals are done and I refused to travel, no monies will be refunded to me. .
I have clearly understood that, after SOS Labour Ghana has facilitated my visa process and I have received my visa, but I refuse to travel, I will pay the visa fee of USD 1,200.00 back to the International Employer.
I agree that I shall bear the full cost of rebooking of any flight ticket issued to me by the International Employer, should I miss the flight through a fault of mine. I will also pay USD 1000.00 penalty to SOS Labour Ghana Ltd / SOS Global Investment.
If I ABSCOND from the company I have been hired for, my family/guarantor in Ghana will be arrested or required to pay the full charge of processing fee for visa and flight ticket to the International Employer, however if, upon arrival in the Country of my employment and I decided not to work, I and my family / guarantor will pay my ticket back to Ghana.
I agree to do a one minute video for a verbal declaration that SOS Labour Ghana Ltd did not charge me recruitment fee and my tickets were free.
