We are seeking qualified and compassionate professionals to join the SOS Canada Caregivers Program as Independent Living Coordinators. This role is essential in supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals to maintain independence while receiving high quality, person centered care.

Age Requirement: 25–45 years
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding
Monitor clients’ health conditions and provide medication reminders where necessary
Deliver emotional support and companionship to enhance clients’ wellbeing
Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up to date client records
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members
Adhere to all healthcare standards, policies, and safety regulations
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Applicants must be between 25 and 45 years of age
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Relevant caregiving or clinical experience is an added advantage
Flexibility to work varying schedules as required
Benefits:
Competitive salary starting from CAD 20 to 22 per hour, based on experience
